  29. ;S system carrying IDSnet, all IDSnet participants must abide by all
  30. ;S present and/or future rules set by the administration.  All IDSnet
  31. ;S rules are determined the owner, Ian Singer, with each BBS being
  32. ;S responsible for enforcing them.

  34. ;S The network will support any bbs software that can handle QWK or FTS
  35. ;S properly.  If there are problems the causing bbs will have to fix them
  36. ;S or be removed.

  38. ;S Illegal, Profane, offensive, obscene, indecent, demeaning, unethical,
  39. ;S abusive, insulting. slanderous of instgative posts are not allowed and
  40. ;S can be grounds for removal from the net.

  44. ;S English is the official language of the network, but we may open up
  45. ;S some foreign language conferences.

  47. ;S Mail read/write priviledges must not be given to users currently

  50. ;S | Software specific macros, or ansi, are not allowed in any conference.

  103. ;S any BBS SysOp or user.  The Network Administrator reserves the right to

  105. ;S considered harmful to the network's well being.  Each hub has the right
  106. ;S to approve nodes, but can not allow mail transfer to start until the 
  107. ;S sign-up fee and application have been received by the
